Can I preview an ebook?
Where enabled, an eligible PDF ebook can provide an approximately 5% preview for viewing. The preview is not the complete downloadable file.
How are products delivered?
Eligible digital products can be delivered through the customer's account/download area after a successful purchase once payment processing is enabled.
What if my file is corrupted or unavailable?
